Every supper club has to start somewhere, and ours started the only way that felt honest: with the dishes closest to our hearts. No borrowed theme, no destination cuisine — just the food the two of us have cooked, craved, and argued about for years, finally on one table for ten strangers to judge.

We'll be honest: Table No. 01 was as much a lesson as it was a dinner. We learned, in real time, who we actually needed in the room and who we didn't, what work belongs where, and how much invisible logistics sit behind three relaxed hours at a table. By the end of the night we had a much clearer picture of what P&A Table should be — and a list of things to do differently.
And we did do them differently. Everything we streamlined after this night went straight into Table No. 02 — which turned out to be the most personal table we've set.
